What information is collected?

We collect information from you when you register on www.ALdivorce.com, referred to as “our site”, “the site” or “this site”, and when you place an order, fill out a form or answer any of the attorney authored questions.

This Personal Data is obtained only when a visitor accesses online Services or speaks with a customer service representative of ALDIVORCE, and willingly discloses that information.  ALDIVORCE uses this information for the sole purpose of administering its Services for our consumers, and does not use such information for any other reason.  Such Personal Data is shared internally only within ALDIVORCE and RAHMATI LAW FIRM.  Your Personal Data is not shared with any third parties.  By agreeing to the terms of this privacy policy, you are hereby consenting to the use of your Personal Data as outlined above.

We may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below:

  1. Personal Data:
    We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information to these Services, such as when you register for access to the Services, whether as a Purchaser or otherwise, register for Services as a Purchaser, contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys or use certain parts of the Services.  The Personal Data we may collect includes without limitation, your:  name, spouse’s name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, date of birth or other personally identifiable information.  If you purchase a Service through our payment gateway, PayPal®, you may be asked to provide other Personal Data such as credit card information.  You are then subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of PayPal®.

    Privacy Policy Links: We make an effort to provide a link to this Privacy Policy in the footer of every page on our websites, including those pages on which Personal Data is collected, and to make it available in all of our software.

    In order to access and use ALDIVORCE Services, ALDIVORCE requires each consumer to provide us with additional Personal Data which includes, but is not limited to: (1) financial information (i.e., credit card number, expiration date, and verification code or bank account information); (2) demographic information (i.e., date of birth, gender, race, education, and income); and (3) other legal information (i.e., social security number, mortgage information, automobile information, marital information, and other sensitive information necessary to create your requested legal documents).

  2. Non-Personal Data:

    Non-Identifiable Data:  When you interact with the Services, we may collect certain personally non-identifiable information, referred to as “Non-Personal Data”. The Non-Personal Data we may collect includes without limitation: Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, Internet browser type, other characteristics of your device and software, domain names of your Internet Service Provider, your approximate geographic location, a record of your usage of these Services, the time of your usage and aggregated Personal Data that cannot be used to specifically identify you. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot, in and of itself, be used to specifically identify you.

    Aggregated Personal Data:  In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of these Services, we often conduct research on our customer demographics, interests and behavior based on Personal Data and other information that we have collected.     We use the Personal Data we collect in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. We may use the Personal Data as follows:

    Specific Reason: If you provide Personal Data for a certain reason, we may use the Personal Data in connection with the reason for which it was provided. For example:  (a) if you purchase our Services and provide us with answers to the attorney authored questions, we will use your Personal Data to create your requested uncontested divorce legal documents or (b) if you contact us by e-mail, we will use the Personal Data you provide to answer your question or resolve your problem and will respond to the email address from which the contact came.

    Internal Business Purposes: We may use your Personal Data for internal business purposes including without limitation to help us improve the content and functionality of the Services, to better understand our users, to improve the Services, to protect against, identify or address wrongdoing, to enforce our Terms of Use, to manage your account and provide you with customer service, and to generally manage the Services and our business.

    Marketing: We may use your Personal Data to contact you in the future for our marketing and advertising purposes, including without limitation to inform you about Services or events we believe might be of interest to you, to develop promotional or marketing materials and provide those materials to you, and to display content and advertising on or off the Services that we believe might be of relevance to you.

    Because Non-Personal Data cannot be used to personally identify you, we may use such information for any lawful purpose.

    Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your Personal Data when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your Personal Data.

We offer the use of a secure server.  All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

At a minimum, we will retain your Personal Data for as long as needed to provide you Services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. ALDIVORCE may retain some or all of this data in its archives even after it has been removed from the site.

After a transaction, your Personal Data (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we use cookies?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser, if you allow, that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

    Because Non-Personal Data cannot be used to personally identify you, we may disclose, transfer or share Non-Personal Data for any lawful purpose.

Your Choices:

Limit the Personal Data You Provide:

If you choose not to provide any Personal Data or limit the Personal Data you provide, you will not be able to use ALDIVORCE Services. For instance, if you purchase Services, you will be required to enter information to include, but not limited to, your: full name, spouse’s full name, address, email address, credit card number, expiration date, and verification code. If you participate in the online interview, you will also be asked to provide additional Personal Data which includes, but is not limited to: (1) financial information (i.e., credit card number, expiration date, and verification code or bank account information); (2) demographic information (i.e., date of birth, gender, race, education, and income); and (3) other legal information (i.e., social security number, mortgage information, automobile information, marital information, and other sensitive information necessary to create your requested legal documents).

Opt Out:

You can “opt out” of receiving future ALDIVORCE emails by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email and/or newsletter.  We include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.


This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by us other than Personal Data collected through the Services. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to us or another user or visitor through the Services or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Services, such as bulletin boards, any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, claim or demand letters, and other unsolicited submissions, collectively referred to as “Unsolicited Information”. Those Under the Age of Nineteen:


If you are under the age of nineteen (19) and have already registered on this site, you must terminate your account right away and contact us at our Contact page. Should ALDIVORCE find out that ALDIVORCE has obtained personal information from an individual under the age of nineteen (19), ALDIVORCE will delete that information right away.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.  We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under the age of thirteen (13), please do not submit any Personal Data through the Services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data through the Services without their permission. This online Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through this site and not to information collected offline.

Furthermore, the ALDIVORCE Privacy Policy applies only to ALDIVORCE.  The ALDIVORCE Privacy Policy does not pertain to other sites accessible from this site or utilized to visit this site and does not pertain to the practices of third party entities that ALDIVORCE does not own or control, including those entities that may advertise on this site.

Storage and Security:

We may store Personal Data itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by our affiliates, agents or service providers. We take what we believe to be reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Services from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, inadvertent disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
